($25) Pale silver. Stony, sharply focused aromas of pear, green apple and minerals. Juicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors deliver good intensity and palate-staining concentration, picking up tangy minerality with air. Finishes broad and fleshy but with good mineral lift and cut. Reminds me of off-dry German riesling.
