($118; 85% tempranillo and 15% graciano) Inky purple. Ripe blackberry, cassis and cherry-vanilla aromas are complicated by incense and fresh flowers. Oak-spiced dark berry liqueur flavors are impressively deep and palate-coating, with a subtle mineral quality adding welcome structure. Very rich and almost liqueur-like in its powerful dark berry expression, with impressive finishing cling. I have no idea how this will age but for fans of dramatic wines is already a winner.
