($28; 100% tempranillo) Deep ruby. Brooding cherry and blackcurrant aromas are complicated by cocoa and cola. Velvety cherry and dark berry preserve flavors are supported by firm tannins, which are slowly absorbed by the sweet fruit. Finishes with refreshing mineral bite and excellent persistence, strongly echoing the dark berry notes. This will benefit from a few years of patience.
