88 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - January/February 2009

($18; from a relatively warm site) Bright ruby-red. Aromas of blueberry, raspberry, mocha and spices, plus an intriguing whiff of minerals. Supple, creamy and sweet but with good shape to its dark berry and chocolate flavors. This boasts good texture and length, with firm tannins providing adequate spine.
