($75) Saturated ruby. Suave, strongly perfumed bouquet of blackberry, plum jam, fruitcake and incense. Fleshy dark berry flavors boast palate-staining depth and pick up smoky minerals with aeration. Very rich syrah with noteworthy finishing power and length. Leaves sweet dark berry and smoky mineral notes behind, eventually.
