($85; 40% mourvedre and 30% each of grenache and syrah) Saturated ruby. Aromas of fresh red berries, anise and dried flowers. Sweet raspberry and candied cherry flavors are deep and rich (this is close to 16.5%) but surprisingly lively, with dusty tannins adding grip. A bright kick of smoky Indian spices adds energy to the long, juicy finish.
