($27) Bright gold. Showy melon and pit fruit aromas are complicated by toasty lees and wet stone. Fresh and precise on the palate, offering fresh pear and honeydew flavors and picking up a pleasantly bitter peach pit quality with air. Finishes with gentle grip and a lingering anise note.
