($24) Pale green-yellow. Inviting apple and delicate white pepper aromas. Medium-bodied and light on its feet, with delicate flavors of grapefruit and crisp green apple. This agile, youthful and uncomplicated wine makes for an extremely appetizing drink on a hot summer day, and is a perfect accompaniment for light summer dishes. Drink now to 2012.
