($79) Straw-gold with a frothy mousse. Impressively complex aromas of spicy orange, brioche, jasmine and chamomile, with a suave undercurrent of vanilla bean. Deeply concentrated orchard fruit and melon flavors are firmed by talc and quinine, with a refreshing jolt of minerals adding cut. The minerality carries through on the focused, bright finish. This is very young.
