($34) Pale green-yellow. Ripe aromas of green apple, grapefruit, fennel, tobacco and marshmallow. Juicy and elegant, with sound mineral character and a very stylish acid structure. Apricot, black pepper and a touch of caraway linger long on the finish. Drink now to 2013.
