($24) Medium green-yellow. Gooseberry jelly, apple and delicate smoky flint on the nose. Complex, juicy and refreshing in the mouth, with a sweetly extracted core of yellow apple wrapped in zingy grapefruit. Intense apricot and apple flavors linger on the back end. Drink now to 2017.
