90(+?) Points | International Wine Cellar , January/February 2009

($33) Saturated ruby. Brooding, pure aromas of blackberry, cassis and bitter chocolate. Lush and creamy-sweet, but a bit inexpressive and in need of patience today. In a slightly sullen stage, with substantial ripe tannins currently enjoying the upper hand over the wine's dark berry fruit flavors. But this boasts excellent intensity and gained in complexity with air.
