91 Points | International Wine Cellar , December 2008

($60) Bright red-ruby. Musky aromas of currant, wild plum, licorice, mint and brown spices, plus a distinctly rocky quality. Juicy, spicy and nicely delineated, with noteworthy complexity and floral lift to the dark berry and spice flavors. More complex and soil-inflected than the 2004 bottling. An adult cabernet with a firm tannic spine that will require at least three or four years of cellaring, but no shortage of density. Finishes lively and long.
