($45; all old-vines marsanne) Light, bright straw. Dried peach and mirabelle aromas are complicated by marzipan, dried flowers and pungent herbs. Wild stuff, offering deep pit fruit and citrus pith flavors and gentle mineral tanginess. Manages to be both pliant and nervy, with excellent finishing cut and cling. Couldn't be more different from the Potiers.
