($91; raised in a used 500-liter cask) Pale gold. A complex bouquet evokes honeysuckle, violet, peach and tangerine. Light-bodied citrus and pit fruit flavors show good concentration and a silky texture. Very fresh, delicate and focused, with impressive back-end lift and thrust.
