About Maison Chapoutier
Maison Chapoutier, the first négociant and producer to mark their bottlings with braille, was established in 1879 by Polydor Chapoutier. The business has remained family owned since then and is now run by Michel Chapoutier. His hands off approach to winemaking has lead to a resurgence in quality at Maison Chapoutier, which now produces some of the finest wines in the Rhone region of France.

Light yellow-gold. Leesy apple and orange aromas are complemented by cinnamon, allspice and marzipan nuances. Round, supple and impressively deep, offering luscious peach and pear nectar flavors and gentle citrus lift. An alluring, accessible white Hermitage that is delicious now but has the depth and balance to reward at least a few years of patience. The finish doesn't want to quit.
