($65) Inky ruby. Sexy aromas of spicy red berries, flowers and smoky minerals. Tangy and a bit hard-edged, showing fresh red- and blackcurrant flavors and dusty tannins. The spiciness recurs on the finish, which is nicely persistent, nervy and appealingly fruity.
