($56) Full, bright red. Energetic aromas of black raspberry, cherry, rose and spicecake, with a hint of musky herbs. Weighty red and dark berry compote flavors are lifted by tangy minerality and complemented by candied flowers and anise. Finishes dense and chewy, with lingering notes of sweet dark fruits.
