($40) Bright ruby. Dark berries and kirsch on the nose, with hints of smoky minerals and garrigue adding complexity. Sweet dark berry flavors are given spine by juicy acidity and pick up notes of candied flowers and cola on the back half. Smoothly blends depth and energy, with good mineral snap to penetrating cherry and cassis flavors on the long, spicy finish.
