($32) Dark red. Subdued aromas of plum, currant, graphite and tobacco. Ripe and aromatic, with nicely integrated acidity but a bit less dimension and spicy lift than the Riglos malbec. Finishes with dusty tannins. This wine, too, spent 20 months in new oak.
