Expert Reviews

93 Points | International Wine Cellar , January/February 2009

($125) Saturated dark ruby. Aromas and flavors of inky blackberry, licorice, violet, cocoa bean and bitter chocolate. Dense, sweet and wonderfully deep; at once shapely and serious. A superripe but youthfully brooding wine that finishes with big, rich, chewy-but-ripe tannins and superb length. (Vine Connections, Sausalito, CA)
