($40) Saturated red. Pungent bouquet of cherry compote, potpourri and smoky minerals. Becomes more perfumed with air and offers an array of sweet red fruit and mineral flavors, with silky tannins lending support. Sappier and deeper on the finish, with the floral and smoke notes repeating. This is already impressively complex.
