($40) Full ruby-red. Deep, brooding aromas of cassis and chocolatey oak. Chewy and sweet, with more density to its medicinal dark fruit and licorice flavors than the cabernet franc. In a chunkier style, suggesting more extraction. This needs time, but does it have as much flavor as the cab franc?
