Deep ruby. Sexy, dark berries, cherry compote and spicy oak on the nose, with notes of tobacco and musky herbs adding complexity. Smooth, fleshy blackberry and mocha flavors pick up an exotic Asian spice quality in the middle palate. Fine-grained tannins add grip to the long, sappy, subtly smoky finish. This alluring wine is already very easy to drink.
