Along with Foreau, Huet has been the standard-bearer of the Vouvray appellation for decades, producing deeply concentrated wines of superb clarity, power and longevity. Noel Pinguet runs the operations here, working underneath the American majority owner, Anthony Hwang. Pinguet is a great proponent of biodynamic viticulture, arguing that these techniques allow terroir to come through more expressively in the finished wines.
