Region: Napa

92 Points | International Wine Cellar , May/June 2010
($90) Medium ruby. Black fruits, licorice, violet and a strong crushed rock note on the nose. Densely packed and sweet, with an impressively horizontal shape in the mouth but also excellent energy and lift to the cassis and licorice flavors. Finishes full and long, with suave tannins. Most of this outstanding vineyard was replanted in the late '90s and 2000.
