93 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - May 2009

($60; 14.1% alcohol, from vines cropped at 2.2 tons per acre) Bright green-tinged yellow. Pure, complex nose dominated by white peach and musky minerality. Suave on entry, then dense and sappy in the middle, combining serious power and terrific lift. With its sexy suggestions of fennel, lemon verbena, linden flower and fresh herbs, this is quite Burgundian. The very long finish boasts a rare blend of cut and sweetness.
