($22) Bright ruby. Intensely perfumed scents of raspberry preserves, rose and violet, along with a hint of cracked pepper. Strikingly pure and refreshingly taut, with bright red and dark berry and bitter cherry flavors and a seamless texture. With its noteworthy energy and finishing floral notes, this reminds me of pinot noir. Drinkable now but I'd hold onto it for a couple more years.
