($27) Green-tinged yellow. Bright lime and grapefruit scents are slow to unfold, eventually picking up floral and herbal nuances. Dry and precise, with nervy citrus and underripe apple flavors underscored by talc and white pepper. Showing a taut, slightly austere side now. Finishes brisk and refreshingly tangy.
