($60) Ruby-red. Pungent aromas of raspberry and cherry skin, rose and smoky minerals. Lithe, sharply focused red fruit flavors stain the palate, with a note of bitter chocolate adding a deeper element. Becomes spicier with air and finishes with hints of mace and allspice. This is delicious right now.
