($50) Bright red. Smoky cherry and raspberry on the nose, with hints of anise and cinnamon in the background. Juicy dark fruit flavors are nicely framed by fine, dusty tannins. A sexy note of spicecake joins the bright red fruit on the sappy, focused, long finish. Give this a bit of air if you plan on opening one any time soon.
