(made from a blend of cabernet sauvignon, carmenere and syrah):  Glass-staining ruby.  Sexy aromas of cherry-vanilla, potpourri and Cuban tobacco, with smoke and licorice accents in the background.  Fleshy, sweet and expansive, showing intense red and dark berry and bitter cherry flavors that pick up spiciness with air.  Supple tannins add shape and grip to the finish, which leaves a sweet cherry note behind.  This suave wine drinks very well now, especially with some decanter time; it should age nicely over the coming decade.
