90 Points | International Wine Cellar , November/December 2009

($28; 80% sangiovese and 20% merlot) Deep red. Spicy red berries and cherry on the nose, with notes of cracked pepper and mint adding complexity. Juicy and finely etched, offering tangy red fruit flavors and showing no tannins today. Impressively vibrant wine with strong finishing cut and an echo of peppery spices. This is delicious now.
