($60) Vivid ruby. Reticent but complex nose displays primary red and dark berry aromas along with rhubarb, licorice and Asian spices. Quite bright and spicy in the mouth, with flavors of red- and blackcurrant, blackberry and bitter cherry. Finishes with excellent finishing clarity, lift and lingering spiciness.
