($50) Full red. Sexy, fragrant bouquet of black raspberry, candied cherry and potpourri, with a deeper note of licorice. Sweet red and dark fruits on the palate, with suggestions of vanilla bean and candied rose adding complexity. Lush, open-knit and seamless on the finish, which repeats the dark berry note and lingers with excellent clarity. This is awfully appealing today.
