($35; 75% syrah, 15% mourvedre and 10% grenache) Bright purple. Lively aromas of blackberry, cherry-cola, allspice and licorice, with a sexy floral quality gaining strength with air. Juicy and expansive in the mouth, offering sappy black raspberry and candied violet flavors and strong minerality. Darker fruits build with air and carry through the long, energetic finish.
