($30) Light gold. White peach and floral honey scents are brightened by subtle lemon zest and mineral notes. Fleshy orchard and pit fruit flavors are moderately sweet and gain depth with air, picking up melon and passion fruit character. The finish strongly echoes the peach and melon qualities and lingers nicely. This possesses the weight and succulence to work with spicy or salty foods: I'd serve it with a Thai coconut curry.
