Intense dark berry flavors stain the palate, yet this wine possesses a pinot-like delicacy and precision, with lively mineral and Asian spice qualities adding energy and back-end lift. The cola note repeats on the tangy, focused, very long finish. This wine has the balance to reward a few more years in the cellar but is delicious right now, so why wait?
