91 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - May/June 2010

($36) Bright yellow. Expressive scents of lemon pith, pear, beeswax and honey, with suave floral and spice notes gaining strength in the glass. Juicy, pliant citrus and orchard fruit flavors coat the palate, with tangy minerality providing shape and support. The finish repeats the floral note and hangs on with impressive focus and tenacity. This finished with just three grams per liter of residual sugar, but this Vouvray hardly comes off as excessively dry. . (Rosenthal Wine Merchant, Pine Plains, NY)
