($50) Deep red. Youthful raspberry and cherry aromas are complemented by notes of anise and rose. Deep red fruit flavors gain depth and richness with air, picking up cherry skin and plum qualities. The finish hangs on nicely and leaves spice and berry skin notes behind. Serve this with a peppery, grilled steak.
