(aged for three years in stainless steel): Bright yellow. Tangerine, pear and green apple scents are complicated by dusty minerals and ginger. Fresh, delineated and concentrated, with strong pear skin and citrus pith flavors braced by firm minerality. Impressively precise and persistent on the finish, which features notes of white pepper and bitter lemon zest. This wine's cut and energy are impressive.
