($36) Bright medium red. Sexy aromas of spicecake, raspberry and cherry compote, with a suave floral overtone. Deeper dark berry and anise qualities on the palate, with refreshing spiciness and lift. Gains weight with air and finishes on musky cola and sassafras notes. This will be even better with a few years of bottle age.
