($50; 15.1% alcohol; aged 22 months in all-new oak) Deep red. Redcurrant, plum, licorice, menthol and bitter chocolate on the nose. Suave, vinous and deep, with a silky texture and good sap to the complex fla vors of berries, graphite and tobacco. Sexy oak spices add verve to this classy malbec/cabernet blend.
