Dark ruby.  A highly fragrant bouquet displays cherry, dark berries and an exotic pit fruit quality.  Juicy, focused and mineral-driven, offering intense bitter cherry and fruitcake flavors and firm acidity on the back end.  Becomes spicier with air and finishes on a sappy dark berry note, with very good, peppery persistence.
