(a blend of garnacha, carinena, syrah, merlot and cabernet sauvignon, aged in 500-liter French oak casks): Dark ruby. Cherry, cassis and smoked meat on the pungent nose and in the mouth. A distinctly wild wine with powerful finishing thrust and lingering game and licorice qualities. This would make a great match for grilled or smoked red meat dishes.
