Good medium-dark red. Dried flowers, mocha and tobacco on the nose. Juicy and on the lean side, but with lovely depth and cut to the middle palate. Not a big wine but boasts an excellent acid/sugar balance. This very young, tightly wound Barolo is dominated by its structure today.
