Juicy and penetrating, offering sweet citrus and orchard fruit flavors and an exotic note of candied rose. Becomes more mineral-inflected with air and finishes with outstanding clarity, spiciness and tangy persistence. A strong showing for what is consistently one of Spain's finest white wines.
