Fat, velvety and gently sweet, with pure raspberry and blackberry flavors and a tangy jolt of cracked pepper. This is impressively elegant for a blend like this, which I'd have guessed to have a lot more carignane, or even some zinfandel. Carlisle said that this is his favorite Two Acres ever, and that he could drink this all day long.
