($56) Vivid red. Pretty aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, rose and spicecake. Supple, silky and restrained, with alluring sweetness on the middle palate. The red berry flavors are penetrating and impressively pure; silky tannins add shape and provide structure but fade quickly into the fruit. Spreads out on the sweet, spicy, very long finish.
