($33) Light, bright yellow. Mineral-driven aromas of apple, lemon, white flowers and talc. Youthfully taut and focused, offering zesty citrus and orchard fruit flavors and a sweet touch of candied flowers. No excess fat here. Picks up a suave floral character with air and finishes with lingering minerality and a hint of passion fruit. I like this pliant wine's focus.
